Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Super Bill? A Super Bill is our invoice with an itemized list of our charges. You can submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Why do you not take insurance? Most insurance companies require you to jump through lots of hoops in order to get a PT evaluation. They require us to jump through lots of hoops when it comes to documentation. As Doctors of Physical Therapy technically we are able to see you without a referral, but lots of insurance companies require a doctors signature to move forward with the plan of care we have determined is appropriate. We decided to avoid all these hoops and just come straight to you.

Where is your office? We don't have one! We come to you. With life as busy as it is, we want to make PT one thing you don't have to get to.

What is the difference between an evaluation, follow up, and an online visit? An evaluation is the initial appointment. We spend time talking about the reason you scheduled with us, what is important to you, and how we can work together to achieve your physical therapy goals.
A follow up will be the appointments after the evaluation working on strength, eduction, stability, body mechanics, and breath. An online visit is for convince. If you want to check in, are on vacation but want to keep your appointments, or if you are sick, have sick people in the household we prefer to use the online follow up visit.

What is your cancellation policy? When signing our cacnellation policey you are agreeing to pay 50% of the treatment price if you decide to cancel your appointment 24 hours or less prior to your upcoming appointment.

What is CHARM? Charm is our patient portal. It is where you make appointments, pay invoices, cancel appointments, and fill out questionnaires.
